UID-DER celebrated 10th anniversary of its founding with an event. 10th anniversary of UID-DER was at the same time 46th anniversary of The Great Workers Resistance of June 15-16 and the main theme in the celebration was tradition and the future in the working-class struggle. There were messages coming from unions and fraternal organisations in Iran, Japan, and France, which were an expression of the international essence of the working class struggle and international solidarity.
